Information and purposes
We may process your name, contact details, stay or rental dates, guest details, baby and pet quantities, special requests, booking and payment status, and invoice details when needed. Identity or driving licence details may be requested for check-in or vehicle handover. Please do not enter card details or unnecessary sensitive information in contact forms.

We use information to reply to enquiries, check availability, manage bookings and rentals, arrange delivery, handle payment and invoicing, provide support and fulfil legal obligations. Processing relies on the establishment or performance of a contract, legal obligations and other applicable lawful grounds. Where required, consent is requested separately; visiting the site does not itself provide marketing consent.

Providers and links
Necessary information may be shared with Wix and HotelRunner, the payment provider used for the transaction, communication and accounting providers, and authorised public bodies. International transfers are subject to applicable protection and transfer requirements. We do not collect card details in contact forms; the payment provider’s terms apply at checkout.

WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and Tripadvisor links open third-party services whose own privacy terms apply. Essential cookies support site operation; optional cookies can be managed through the consent controls provided.

Retention, security and your rights
Information is retained for the period needed for the service and applicable legal requirements, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised when no longer required. Appropriate technical and organisational measures protect against unauthorised access and misuse. You may contact us to request information about processing and transfers, correction, deletion where legally available, and to exercise other applicable rights.
