Stay and Rental Terms
These terms cover Celsus Garden Tiny House accommodation, UTV, Honda PCX and Arora Cappuccino scooter rentals, and helmet rentals. An enquiry form alone does not confirm a booking. Tiny House Stays
The Tiny House accommodates up to 4 adults. Babies stay free in addition to this capacity. Pets are welcome for an additional fee; the current charge is shown during booking. Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 11:00. The total payable amount is shown at checkout. Confirmed Tiny House bookings cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Vehicle Rental and Delivery
For UTV, Honda PCX, Arora Cappuccino scooter and helmet rentals, duration, availability, pickup and return locations are confirmed when booking. Drivers must hold a valid licence appropriate for the vehicle; identity and licence checks may be required at handover. Helmets and traffic rules must be observed. Vehicles are supplied with a full fuel tank and must be returned full. Delivery within Selçuk may be arranged in advance.
Confirmed vehicle rentals paid online may be cancelled at least 48 hours before delivery for a refund. Depending on the bank, refunds can take up to 10 business days. If a mechanical or technical fault is present on delivery, a replacement is offered; if declined, a full refund is provided. Rental details and damage responsibilities are specified in the handover agreement. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
